Strawberry Rhubarb Negroni

  • 30 ml Gin
  • Red rhubarb slices Crop's
  • Strawberry dices Crop's
  • 30 ml red sweet Vermouth
  • 30 ml Aperol
  • 250 g Ice cubes
  • Orange Zest
  • Tumbler glass


Pour the rhubarb infused Gin, sweet Vermouth and strawberry infused Aperol in a mixing glass.  Stir until cooled and diluted to preferation.  Pour in tumbler over ice.


Decorate with orange zest.
